The Nathaniel Oyelola Memorial Scholarship Scheme (NOMS), an education initiative of the National Association of Seadogs (NAS) designed exclusively to support students in public secondary schools in Nigeria, invites applications from students who need assistance to pay their WAEC or NECO examination fees for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a public secondary school in Nigeria
- Must be sitting for the 2026 WAEC or NECO examinations
- Must demonstrate academic commitment and financial need
